| 4) Life Member, Youth and Student Member Annual Dues | $ 95.00 (Life Member Early Bird $ 85) |
| 5) Inactive Life Member | $ 65.00 (no Early Bird discount) |
| 6) Did you Resign in Good Standing? | $ 20 plus your Annual Dues (no discount) |
| 7) Is your Membership Suspended (dues unpaid after three months)? | $ 20 plus your Annual Dues |
| 8) Were you Expelled (dues unpaid after 6 months)? | $ 100 plus your Annual Dues |
| 9) Were you Expelled more than 4 years ago? | Apply as a new member. |
Four Options for Payment of Membership Dues
- Payment by INTERAC eTransfer
The easiest way to pay your dues is by eTransfer. The Payee must be “Hamilton Musicians’ Guild” and our email address is local293hmg@bellnet.ca. Please use the following security question “What is the Local Number (X 2)” (Answer: 293293). You will receive an PDF receipt showing your new membership expiry date, and a paper copy with your new membership card will be mailed out the same day.)
- Payment by Cash or Cheque at the Guild Office
You can pay in person at the Guild office (20 Hughson Street South, Suite 811, Hamilton, Ontario) by cash or cheque payable to the “Hamilton Musicians’ Guild”. You will receive your membership card and a receipt for dues paid on the spot at the office. We’ll also check to make sure your contact information is up-to-date.
- Mail Cheque to Guild Office
You can mail a cheque payable to the “Hamilton Musicians’ Guild” (mail to Hamilton Musicians’ Guild, 20 Hughson Street South, Suite 811, Hamilton, Ontario L8N 2A1). Your membership card and a receipt for dues paid will be mailed to the address we have on file.
- Pay online by Visa or MasterCard
Complete the online form at https://www.afm.org/for-members/renew-membership/ (select Local293 Hamilton Musicians’ Guild on the dropdown list) and submit. Note: a 6% fee is added to the Payment Total for credit card payments. A receipt will be emailed to the email address that you supply, and the HMG will mail your membership card and a copy of your receipt to you.
Annual, Semi-annual and Quarterly Dues are tax deductible.
